What do I do if I want to cancel an item?
Please email us as soon as you can at email@example.com. Ideally within a couple of hours on the same day.
What do I do if the item I received is faulty?
Please fill out our returns form here, we aim to be in touch with you within 24 hours during working days
Will I receive confirmation if you have received my return? Yes we will let you know and process any refund on the same day
I am an International customer what happens with Orders - Duties, Taxes & Carrier Fees.
Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency and postal carrier within the destination country.Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and they will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that orders shipped in multiple packages may be subject to additional carrier brokerage fees, as determined by your postal carrier. These fees are nonrefundable.If you wish to return merchandise, you may be eligible to receive a refund of duty and taxes from your local customs office if you make a return by mail or to a US store.
How do I redeem a promo code/gift card?
You need to put the code exactly as it is written in the ‘Discount code’ box at the checkout

When will my card be refunded?
Once we have agreed to issue a refund it will be done at that point. Different card providers will register that refund payment at varying timelines. This can be anything from three to seven days.

Are your nickel items safe and hypoallergenic?
Yes all our products are Nickel Safe - this is also referred to as Hypoallergenic. We test our products through recognised industry specialists to meet European safety standards. This ensures we are providing you with the high levels of product safety you would expect
Will your jewellery affect my skin?
Often skin irritation with jewellery is caused by the nickel contained in the metal base. Because our jewellery is Nickel safe/Hypoallergenic you should not get allergies caused by nickel.
Do you include personalized messages for gifts?
Yes we do. You will be asked when you add an item to your basket if you wish to include a personalised message with a box to write the message in.
Is your jewellery original?
We do not sell authentic vintage original jewellery. We do however source original vintage costume jewellery pieces. We have spent 10 years delighting our customers with jewellery designed using authentic historical references. Each piece tells the story of bygone eras - something our vintage enthusiast customers love.
Where is your jewellery made and designed?
Our jewellery is designed in the UK and manufactured in China with our long standing, trusted partners.
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Depending on the style, our jewellery is made of either a 100% brass or metal mix base . We use lead free glass faux pearls and a variety of high grade glass, Cubic Zirconia CZ and Swarovski ® Crystals
Are your products ethically sourced?
We continually work with our factories to ensure that the team who beautifully hand makes our vintage inspired jewellery is looked after and protected at work. Please follow this link to hear more about our Code of Conduct standards.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
This is a work in progress for us but something we are proud to say we have made a good start on. While it is not currently possible for us to offer you a 100% recycled item we are working with our suppliers to attain GRS certification https://certifications.controlunion.com/en/certification-programs/certification-programs/grs-global-recycle-standard for the sourcing of our materials. In addition, to help offset our carbon footprint, we have teamed up for Handprint in a project to plant a tree for every order our customers place.
